Anything not covered here is worth twenty minutes on a call — pricing conversations tend to be short.
Do you charge per user, per location or per document?
None of the above. You pay for your use of the Reavant agent, regardless of how many users, locations or documents you have.
What is the monthly usage allowance?
Each plan includes credits for the work Reavant does for you. Simple tasks use fewer credits; longer or more complex tasks use more. Reading a lease, updating a rent roll, answering a portfolio question or running a detailed check can therefore use different amounts. If you need more, you can top up anytime. Top-ups are never charged automatically.
Can we try Reavant before committing?
Yes. Starter and Growth begin with a free 14-day trial that includes 20,000 credits, enough to bring in a location or two and see what Reavant makes of your own lease documents. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Does an unused credit allowance roll over?
Yes. Unused credits carry into the next month for as long as your plan is active. Some months are busy — a batch of new locations, a round of indexation letters, a renegotiation — and others are quiet. What you build up in the quiet months covers the busy ones.
Can we cancel anytime?
A monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the month you are in. A 6-month plan runs to the end of its term and then simply does not renew.
